At MastiShorts, we strive to provide excellent service. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under certain conditions outlined below.

Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase for:
- Technical issues preventing service access
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service not delivered as described
- Subscription cancellation within the first 7 days
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
- Services used for more than 30 days
- Promotional or discounted purchases
- Gift purchases (unless defective)

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless otherwise stated.
